Electrical Testing

Printed Wiring Board Testing
Vulcan Electric is a full service provider of Printed Wiring Board (PWB) - Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) electrical test services. We offer 100% Net List testing on a single or double-sided grid fixture, flying probe or hand "ring out". We can measure impedance, capacitance and perform Hi-Pot testing. All of this in a Mil/Spec certified and ITAR registered company with an ISO-9001/AS-9100 Quality System.

Harness Testing Services
Continuity testing of wire or flex harnesses is a snap with Vulcan Electric's Cable Harness Tester. Mating fixture services are available and many signal integrity features can also be verified: impedance, capacitance, inductance, etc. No harness too large or too small.

Referee & Miscellaneous Testing Services
Vulcan Electric can provide third party referee or screening services including 4 place X-Y measurements and destructive cross-section analysis for determination of construction integrity and plated through hole reliability. These services are offered on bare boards as well as fully populated assemblies. Vulcan Electric can screen, on a sampling or complete lot basis, your imported overseas fabricated PWBs, for peace of mind in your assembly process.
