Polyimide Heaters

Vulcan Flexible Polyimide Heaters provide an excellent heating solution for many of today's advanced and complex product configurations. These heaters are offered with complete design customization of the heating patterns to ensure optimum heat placement and maximum operating efficiency for a specific application. In addition to the advantages of uniform heat distribution, these flexible heater constructions are often chosen over other heater types due to their , low profile, light weight, and excellent thermal properties in a wide range of application environments.

Flexible Heaters with Sensors

Vulcan Flexible Heaters with integrated sensors are often a preferred construction option for engineers due to unique configurations that can be incorporated into the design during the flexible heater manufacturing process. The results often include enhanced temperature control performance, reduced space requirements, improved reliability, and a reduction in costs associated with secondary component assembly (including lower labor, fewer materials, and reduced scrap).
